Do you ship World Wide (USA, Canada, Australia, South America, Europe, Asia etc.)?

YES! We do ship worldwide to any corner of the globe where postal and/or courier services are available.

How long does it take to get my order?

The delivery time mainly depends on your choice at check-out. We currently offer two shipping options:

- AirMail - normally takes 7-9 business days to reach consignee in USA. Parcels to Europe, however, are delivered slightly quicker.

- UPS Express - 2-3 business days. It is sometimes delivered even within one day (depends on which time of the day your order was placed).

How do I track my order?

When an order is shipped, our customer immediately receives a separate message where tracking details are provided. If your package was shipped with AirMail please navigate to your official local post service website (for example in USA - USPS, www.usps.com) and enter your tracking number which is of this pattern: REXXXXXXXXXSE.

Tracking your parcel in UPS system - just click on the link provided the dispatch confirmation message.

N.B. Please allow up to 8 hours after dispatch for your parcel information to appear in courier's tracking system.

How do I know my size?

If there is no specific information about size on the product page, you may find a table where all international sizes are provided by following the link below. Each section is followed by approximate measurements in centimeters and inches.

N.B. If you consider a unisex sweater (as it is for Arctic Circle, and some DEVOLD sweaters) have in mind that they match Men's sizing. Therefore, when ordering for a lady - go one size down.

How to measure

Do you accept Dollars or Euros?

Yes, we do accept US Dollars, European Euros and Norwegian kroners.

What do you charge for shipping (how much are shipping costs)?

We currently offer two international shipping options with flat rates (regardless destination):

AirMail - 210 Norwegian Kroners = 28.35$/26.25€ - becomes FREE when your order reaches 1450kr/200$/180€

and

UPS Express - 350 Norwegian Kroners - 47.25$/43.75€

However, each of them may be subject of various campaigns, like for example FREE Shipping. Therefore, we always encourage proceeding to checkout in order to see what options are available.

What if my merchandize doesn't fit or I don't like it?

If your ordered item doesn't fit or you don't like it - you can deliver it back for an exchange or refund within 30 calendar days.  During festive/holiday periods we apply prolonged periods as we understand that gifts can be sitting quietly until they are opened.

Request for Exchange&Return is handled via your account which is created during a check-out. If you have checked out as a guest - please follow your guest tracking link https://norwayshop.com/guest-tracking and convert your registration into account.

We are you located?

What are washing/handling instructions?

We try to provide those details in each product details' section. Anyways, if you could not find them, these are our recommendations:

- To preserve your garment we advice hand wash unless machine wash is allowed on the product page (or tag). In such case, wool program at max 30 Celsius degrees (86 Fahrenheit).

- Use only detergent for wool. Do not bleach.

- Do not tumble! Soak and lay it horizontally on a towel until it dries.

P.S. Wool is a natural material, thus it is normally enough to hang the woolen product outside for some time in the wind. Please avoid direct sun light. In this way, you will find that your garment smells nice and you will enjoy it for a much longer period.

Can I order online and pick up in Oslo?

Absolutely! Please check our opening hours at Our Stores in Oslo

Can I ship to another address than billing address?

Yes! Just tick on the relevant check box at the check out (Account check out only. Not available in Guest check-out).

I have logged in but cannot find anything in my account.

Most likely, your initial order was placed using a Guest check-out and later you created another account. As a result, you have now two separate registrations where the last one doesn't contain orders placed with the initial one.
