Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times

Your order will be normally dispatched within 1 business day, unless otherwise notified during the shopping process or by email from customer service after checkout. During the low season (from about the middle of March to the middle of October), your order may take longer to ship. We are sadly unable to ship on weekends, on Norwegian public holidays, or on Christmas and New Years Eve.


For our international customers (including Svalbard and Jan Mayen), we offer the following shipping options:

Please note that the provided shipping times are for reference only. Longer shipment times may occur on or about the December holiday season. Shipping services is provided by a third party, and as such, Norway Shop accepts no responsibility for delays.

For tracked and insured AirMail consignments, you will receive a tracking number by email upon shipment of your parcel. This number may be used to track your item at any time on either PostNord’s tracking site, or on the tracking service offered by your national mail carrier. Please note that it may take a few days before your national mail carrier receives tracking the tracking details.

Express parcels are also supplied with a tracking number by email. This number may be used to track your parcel at the UPS tracking site.

Please note that your shipment may be divided into multiple parcels. In such cases, you will be informed of this by e-mail.
When free shipping is chosen, the final choice of delivery method is at Norwayshop’s sole discretion.

Please note that not all carriers (and postmen) request for a signature on delivery and this may vary from country to country. Therefore, by placing an order you consent that an excerpt from parcel's tracking reports will be treated as a sufficient proof of delivery. Please consult your local post office or UPS office for details.
